Course Content:
Professional project management is the foundation for successful projects. Key elements include experience in planning projects, coordinating work within projects, monitoring progress, managing cultural differences and team conflicts, ensuring effective communication and information flow, and controlling schedules, costs, and performance.
In the seminar, various topics on project management are summarized in a way that participants can learn them practically or deepen their existing knowledge. Participants will learn and practice the key elements of how to plan and manage projects in the industry.

The following topics are the focus of the seminar:

• Project requirement and goals definition, risks assessment and stakeholder management
• Main phases: project initiation, scheduling and timeline, progress tracking, project closure
• Key success factors: teamwork, communication, motivation, creativity, conflicts and crises, feedback
• Practical examples from the industry

Learning Goals:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and build a solid knowledge base.
• Practice the application through the implementation of acquired knowledge in a sample project. Students will be enabled to fulfill the role of project leader both methodologically and socially.

Participants will be guided through all project phases in chronological order, from project initiation to project closure. They will clarify and draft objectives, analyze the project environment, build the team dynamics, plan work packages, define the schedules, resources, and costs, among other tasks.
In the seminar, participants will learn how to increase the team efficiency through feedback exercises within the groups.

Study Performance:
Regular attendance and active participation, involving in practical exercises, reflecting on practical exercises, presenting of work results, completion of possible tasks between the course days, seminar language is English.
