This face-to-face seminar takes place in English and on campus. The room is specified in Stud.IP.
Course Content:
Working in intercultural teams is becoming increasingly important in today’s working world and university environments. This training will help you to be prepared for common pitfalls, when working in intercultural teams and to leverage your team’s full potential.
German and international students are welcome in this training. The course language is English.
Learning Goals:
- You will understand how cultures differ from each other and how that impacts behavior and communication.
- You will get to know basic concepts of team development and team dynamics.
- You will identify potentials and obstacles of intercultural teams.
- You will learn how to effectively communicate in intercultural teams in business and university settings.
Study Performance:
Regular attendance and active participation, involving in practical exercises, reflecting on practical exercises, presenting of work results, completion of possible tasks between the course days is required. The seminar language is English.
