This face-to-face seminar takes place in English and on campus. The room is specified in Stud.IP.

 

Course Content:
Making a meeting, a workshop or any other kind of event engaging and impactful is both an art and a craft. In this training, you will learn how to design, facilitate and evaluate different types of events in an interactive way.

German and international students are welcome in this training. The course language is English.

Learning Goals:
After participating in this training, you can

  • create an effective structure for a workshop or meeting considering the participants’ needs.
  • lead a group through a workshop or meeting using interactive methods in online and offline settings and considering the group’s dynamics.
  • present content using your verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • guide discussions using various facilitation techniques.
  • evaluate the outcome of a workshop or meeting.


Study Performance:
Regular attendance and active participation, involving in practical exercises, reflecting on practical exercises, presenting of work results, completion of possible tasks between the course days, seminar language is English.
